We live in extraordinary times!
Not only has the internet revolution changed the prerequisites for all kinds of trading, but it has changed currency trading (Foreign Exchange or simply Forex) to its very core.
Not long ago, only banks, institutions or exceedingly rich individuals where able to invest in the Forex, but now very recently all this changed and individuals with mere hundreds to invest was let in to trade currencies.
Add this to the Globalization phenomena occurring today and you might understand my optimism. Today, formerly undeveloped countries are experiencing the wonders technical inventions can do for them in their daily lives. Countries like India and China are forerunners of this phenomena, this is interesting not only to the trader in me, who is among other things speculating on the revaluation of the Chinese Renminbi (commonly called the Yuan), but also to the entrepreneur in me. Why, because currency trading is now more and more opening up to the whole world, thus, having a company involved in the Forex becomes more interesting than before. For example could a request to buy the Canadian Dollar come from a trader living in Bangladesh, and being executed that very instant here at Capitalor’s office in Sweden.
With this optimism in mind, I founded Capitalor with the aim of, not staying ahead of the globalization, but to follow it as closely by as possible in all its turns and bends. Providing the clients with a company where any person, of any origin, anywhere in the world, would feel at home.
In whole, a place where the clients are placed in the first room and valued above anything else, since in the end, it is the clients of a company that decides if it’s profitable or not.
My adamant belief is that there must be existing equilibrium between the clients and the profits of a company. In order for the company to prosper, the clients can’t just follow along moderately; they must prosper as well as the company. For this to happen, the customer service must be top-notch for every individual, no matter where in the world they are situated. I will personally be involved in the operations of the customer service and see to it that we will achieve a profitable relationship for all parts involved.
